1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 788wi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the 788wi website at https://788wi.pro and all associated services, products, and features therein.

By creating an account or using any part of the 788wi platform, you represent that you have read these Terms, that you are of legal gambling age (21 years or older), that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited, and that you accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms apply to all Members, including registered account holders, casual visitors, and any person using the platform's publicly accessible features. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 788wi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 788wi enforces a strict 21+ policy and will require documentary proof of age as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition in your jurisdiction that prevents you from accessing or using online gambling services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 788wi or any of its gaming software providers.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or terminated by 788wi for a violation of these Terms.

788wi reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

3 Account Management

Each Member may hold only one (1) active 788wi account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 788wi strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify 788wi support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 788wi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that result from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your registered details — including your address, phone number, or payment method — must be updated promptly by contacting 788wi customer support.

4 Deposits & Payments

788wi accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods and minimum deposit thresholds are subject to change and will be displayed at the time of deposit.

All deposits are credited to your 788wi PKR wallet balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 788wi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet providers, or banking institutions.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 788wi reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for any deposit.
• Deposits made under a bonus promotion are subject to the specific wagering conditions attached to that promotion.

5 Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of funds from their 788wi PKR wallet subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• The Member's account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of 788wi's compliance team.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to the current balance must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with 788wi support.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of request.

788wi aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified for each payment method. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays in Pakistan, or where additional verification is required. 788wi accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

788wi reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. During such reviews, the relevant funds may be temporarily held pending satisfactory resolution.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

788wi offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and incentive programmes to its Members from time to time. All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer and which form an integral part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a Member's account at 788wi's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus promotion will specify an applicable wagering requirement, which is the total amount a Member must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment, or may contribute at a reduced rate. Eligible games and contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Bonus credits and associated winnings that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the Member's account without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Suspected abuse of bonus programmes, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, staking patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or use of multiple accounts, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 788wi are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These game-specific and market-specific rules are published within the platform and constitute part of the contractual terms between the Member and 788wi.

788wi reserves the right to void any bet, wager, or casino round in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, suspected fraudulent activity, market suspension events, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. 788wi accepts no liability for bets placed on the basis of delayed or incorrect live score data displayed on the platform. It is the Member's responsibility to verify the current match status through official sources before placing live bets.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 788wi platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your membership.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, gain advantage in casino games, or interact with the platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of bets or casino games.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider in relation to legitimate 788wi transactions.
• Abusing promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with any part of the 788wi platform's underlying technology, including its source code, servers, databases, or APIs.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 788wi staff members through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

788wi is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling among its Pakistani membership. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become a source of harm rather than entertainment, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

All Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their 788wi account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately or after a 24-hour cooling-off period depending on whether you are increasing or decreasing the limit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of how long your current session has lasted at intervals you specify.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month, or 1-year) or permanent exclusion from the 788wi platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

10 Privacy & Data

788wi collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 788wi platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

For the purposes of KYC compliance and fraud prevention, 788wi may share Member data with third-party identity verification services, payment processors, and where required by applicable law, regulatory or law enforcement authorities. 788wi will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 788wi platform, including but not limited to the 788wi name, logo, trade dress, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of 788wi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No Member may reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 788wi content without prior written authorisation from 788wi.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788wi and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

788wi's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms and the platform, regardless of the form of the claim, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to 788wi in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

788wi does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13 Termination

Members may close their 788wi account at any time by submitting a written closure request to 788wi customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

788wi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.
• The Member has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• 788wi is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• 788wi has reasonable grounds to suspect the Member is engaged in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• The continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Members.

Where an account is terminated by 788wi for cause, any funds in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. 788wi will communicate the outcome of such investigations to the Member within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 788wi platform, you agree to first raise the matter with 788wi customer support by contacting us via live chat or email. 788wi will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe and in good faith.

These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 788wi is licensed to operate. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.

15 Amendments

788wi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 788wi will use reasonable endeavours to notify Members via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 788wi platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes made to these Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
